Leonard has been in the finance industry for more than a decade. His experience ranges from banks to tied agencies, and he is presently a Financial Advisor for Exodus Capital under Manulife Financial Advisers. Leonard already placed among the top 10th percentile in the bank during in rookie year, Top 20 Wealth Managers in tied agency and was the second runner-up, in his first management year.
As of 2018, Leonard has focused on helping aspiring financial consultants, and mentoring them to achieve their goals. He concluded his first year in management with his agency placing in the Million Dollar Agency. His team has also excelled in compliance and customer service, with zero BSC grade E incidents throughout the years; a result of stringent supervision and constructive mentorship. Leonard has since mentored numerous COTs & MDRTs and is looking forward to mentoring future leaders in the financial industry.
