Last month, the Exodus family embarked on an unforgettable journey to the charming highlands of Da Lat, a trip filled with breathtaking landscapes, thrilling adventures, and meaningful connections. Our annual champions retreat brought us away from the fast-paced rhythm of daily work, allowing us to recharge, reconnect, and create lasting memories together. Here’s a glimpse into the moments that made this retreat truly special:

Day 1: Departure to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Upon arriving in Da Lat late at night, we wasted no time soaking in the city’s charm and kicked off our journey with a visit to the vibrant Dalat Night Market. The lively atmosphere, local street food, and cool evening breeze gave us the perfect introduction to the city.

Day 2:

Our adventure continued with scenic views from the Robin Hill Cable Car Station, offering a breathtaking perspective of Da Lat’s lush landscapes.
We then headed to Datanla Waterfall, where adrenaline met nature through ziplining and the alpine coaster experience.

A peaceful stop at Truc Lam Zen Monastery allowed us to soak in the tranquility and stunning surroundings. Next, we explored the unique Clay Tunnel, known for its artistic sculptures and storytelling through clay.
We wrapped up the day at the quirky Maze Bar, navigating its winding paths and hidden corners.

Imagine diving into the crystal-clear waters off the coast of Cebu and coming face to face with one of the ocean’s most magnificent creatures – the whale shark. This awe-inspiring experience was exactly what awaited us on our recent trip to Oslob, a small town in southern Cebu known for its thriving population of these gentle giants.

Day 3: Conquering the Rapids: Canyoneering Adventure at Kawasan Falls

Nestled amidst the lush jungles of Cebu lies a hidden gem waiting to be explored – Kawasan Falls. Known for its stunning turquoise waters and cascading waterfalls, Kawasan Falls is a haven for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike. And what better way to experience its beauty than through an exhilarating canyoneering adventure?

Our journey began with a leap of faith as we plunged into the cool, emerald waters of the canyon below. The rush of adrenaline was palpable as we navigated through narrow passageways, scrambled over rocky outcrops, and rappelled down sheer cliffs. With each obstacle conquered, our confidence soared, and our bond as a group grew stronger.

Day 4: Living in the Moment: A Free and Easy Adventure

In a world that often feels like it’s constantly rushing forward, traveling free and easy reminded us of the importance of slowing down and living in the moment!

Day 5: Farewell and Memories

As our retreat drew to a close, we bid farewell to the tranquil countryside that had been our home for the past few days. Although our time together was ending, the memories we created will last a lifetime!

Our company retreat was more than just a getaway – it was a journey of growth, friendship, and shared experiences. As we continue to move forward, let’s carry the spirit of adventure and camaraderie with us, knowing that together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.

Until our next adventure!
